BCS was founded in 2004 as I ended my career as Vice President of Technology at Tri-County Community College in Murphy, NC.  I have had a passion for technology that began with my first home computer, a Texas Instruments 99/4A in 1982.  Presently I build computers as a hobby, constantly study and read about technology and, of course, practice the many technology skills I have learned within this home based business.

As a computer administrator at a small school I found myself both "administering" technology while doing all of the hands-on tasks that are critical to my success in solving your problems quickly and professionally.

My Business Philosophy

 

To provide IT support services to business and homes in the local area at affordable rates.  Many find that computers can be both a convenience and an aggravation on a daily basis.  We love them when they work and hate them when they don't!  We can't afford our own tech support person and get tired of telephone support people that sit and read questions from a manual.   We don't want to be computer "experts" but we do want a friendly and knowledgeable local human who can help us.  BCS will act as your IT department by troubleshooting problems, tutoring you on the skills you want and making computers, the Internet and technology a positive part of your home and business environment.
